Trusted Experts Directory Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of ACEF’s Trusted Experts Directory. Individuals and companies included in ACEF’s Directory pledge to uphold the highest ethical standards personally and in conducting business. Dealer standards include:

  • To deal honestly and fairly with customers. 
  • To not knowingly sell or buy counterfeits of any numismatic item – collectible coins, investment precious metals coins or rare paper money, etc.
  • To make two-way markets in genuine numismatic and precious metals products.
  • Any person and/or company convicted of a felony is prohibited from inclusion in ACEF’s Trusted Experts Directory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a professional numismatist (dealer) is required.

Failure to adhere to these standards will result in automatic revocation of membership in ACEF’s Trusted Experts Directory.

The ACEF Board of Directors is the final authority for approving membership and revocation of membership in the Trusted Experts Directory.

Membership is offered at two levels, depending on the benefits a member selects.

Trusted Experts Directory Membership Levels

Basic – $250 Annual Fee

  • You will be authorized to display the special Trusted Experts logo in advertising and at your website.
  • Includes display of a head-and-shoulders color image of the business owner within your Trusted Experts Directory listing.

Premium – $500 Annual Fee

  • You will be authorized to display the special Trusted Experts logo in advertising and at your website.
  • Includes display of a head-and-shoulders color image of the business owner within your Trusted Experts Directory listing.
  • Also includes use of company logo or image of business storefront within your Trusted Experts Directory listing.
  • If you prefer not to use a company logo or storefront image, a colored background will be used instead.

*Resolution for all images must be at least 72dpi.
*No blurry photos will be accepted.

For references, please provide individual name and business name of three professional numismatists (dealers) with whom you have conducted business within the past two years.
Please provide at least one bank reference:
A one-time application fee is required for inclusion in the Trusted Experts Directory. An invoice will be emailed to you separately with payment due upon receipt.
Please choose your preferred membership level and upload the necessary images to go with it. Once your application has been vetted and approved by our Board of Directors, you'll receive notification of your approval along with an invoice for the recurring membership level fee you choose.
